Almost Nowhere

Almost Everywhere is a well know (though modestly advanced) mathematical concept - Here’s one way to get it, though it can be admittedly confusing. What we mostly deal with are integers and fractions - rational numbers. There are an infinite number of those, but in the way we count infinities, there are infinitely more real numbers. We say that real numbers exist almost everywhere - ‘except on a set of Measure Zero”. A set of measure zero is an odd concept, actually well-defined.

This is most interesting - and I’ll generalize. You and I exist on a set of measure zero. We exist almost nowhere. The countless particles comprising our precious selves are themselves almost nonexistent. Most of us is invisible, bonded energy. Atoms are invisible and comprise mostly space - and the more we learn, the less there is. An atom is a simulacrum of a solar system - protons and neutrons like suns, surrounded by electrons - except they flicker in and out of the game - And each of these things are mostly empty… I gave up on physics before quarks and muons and gluons and I’m sure each of them is mostly space.

We are all energy. Thaddeus Golas, back in the 60s, wrote The Lazy Man’s Guide to Enlightenment (still very available and highly recommended) said that every particle in the universe (there were fewer then) has ‘consciousness’ and that the physical world is our relationships to one another.

The more we study and understand that these are our relationships with reality, the more we stop being almost nowhere and start being almost everywhere. Because energy interacts, because we attract our energy -

I’ll be glad to discuss my experiences with exploring the Law of Attraction.
